Design: Shatter Your Courses

Instead of thinking about placing content into a course, we should think about placing content outside of a course. Digital assets should be allowed to roam free.

I agree with your thinking in the article. Thinking "outside the box" when creating training raises the bar. With this information society..most everyone is connected in one way or another. Why not take advantage of that. Training toolkits will give the learner more variety of resources spread across different mediums.

Thanks for the comment, we do need to think about different types of content as discrete items that learners can pick from when they need them.
