Often, a good strategy for responding to an E-Learning Request for Proposal (RFP) is to create a Requirements Matrix. The matrix helps the vendor keep track of all the items that the client is requesting be contained within the e-learning proposal. Dr. Kapp,
I did a search on requirements matrices and long and behold I came up with your name.
I am working on a really big venture (est 10 billion in 3 years) that entails an online presence and business model, with huge long-term financial and social implications.
I have assembled a team of talented developers and we are working on a protype and will be pitching for Venture Capital funding...
We are in the proces of putting together an advisory board, and I wanted to have you down as an advisory member.
If you are interested, I would like to discus with you.
